LUNCH - Baked beef & gluten-free pasta with grilled veggies
DINNER - Grilled salmon with salad
SNACK - Apple salad with chia seeds

MONDAY 7.1.

BREAKFAST - Sweet omelet with fruits & maple syrup
LUNCH - Lamb tikka with paleo tabouli & curry cauliflower
DINNER - Chicken shawarma with a garlic dip, pickles & bread
