MONDAY 1.8.

TUESDAY 2.8.

1. Apple ambrosia fruit salad
2. Turkey with sun dried tomato and sesame pancakes
3. Beef round steak with wild mushroom sauce and zucchini cakes
4. Chia seeds and tapioca fruit pudding
 

WEDNESDAY 3.8.

3. Balsamic tenderline, stuffed baked sweet potato
4. Baked pear in red grape juice with nuts and date
