LUNCH - Barbeque kebabs and Italy style paleo bread
DINNER - Beef stir fry with cauliflower rice
SNACK - Orange and grape salad

LUNCH - Turkey burger with sweet potato chips
DINNER - Creamy mushroom chicken & steamed vegetables
SNACK - Sweet melon, pineapple and pomegranate
DESSERT - Chocolate brownie

TUESDAY 6.9.

LUNCH - Honey glazed salmon with sweet potato jackets and guacamole

BREAKFAST - Forest fruit marmalade with coconut bread
LUNCH - Lamb chops with spinach salad
DINNER - Chicken risotto from quinoa and vegetables
SNACK - Pear and red plums
