BREAKFAST - A turkey sandwich with guacamole and cucumber chips & chia seeds
LUNCH - Beef rolls with pickles & cauliflower pancakes
DINNER - Poached chicken in carrot and lemon sauce, with flaxseeds paleo bread
SNACK - Watermelon, pineapple, grapefruit and walnut salad
DESSERT - Mixed berry cake
 

SUNDAY 28.8.

BREAKFAST - Egg muffins with beef bacon, shiitake mushrooms & spring onions, accompanied by ciabatta with sundried tomato and olives
LUNCH - Five-spice chinese duck with bok choy and sweet potato fried rice
DINNER - Paprika chicken with fenel, tomato and parsley salad
SNACK - Stuffed portobello
DESSERT - Poached pear in grape juice with dates and pistachios

MONDAY 29.8.

BREAKFAST - Paleo waffles, fresh berries and organic maple syrup
LUNCH - Scotch egg with sweet potato and turnip puree
DINNER - Turkey with caramelized onions, steamed asparagus and quinoa
SNACK - Beetroot and power seeds salad
DESSERT - Blueberry cheesecake

TUESDAY 30.8.

BREAKFAST - Chicken lettuce wrap
LUNCH - Slowly cooked veal in a horseradish sauce with vegetable pancakes
DINNER - Teriyaki salmon balls with ginger-pineapple rice
SNACK - Apple ambrosia salad with pecans
DESSERT - Banoffee pie

DINNER - Stuffed chicken with green spinach & rosemary sweet potatoes
