LUNCH - Sweet potato and beetroot patee with Mediterranean beef skewers
DINNER - Bacon, broccoli and chicken casserole with red Quinoa
SNACK - Melon, grapefruit and walnut salad
DESSERT - Berry cake

SUNDAY 25.9.

BREAKFAST - Paleo pancakes, fresh berries and organic maple syrup
LUNCH - Slowly cooked veal with cabbage and kale, and cauliflower rice on side
DINNER - Sweet potato salad with tomato and spinach stuffing chicken
SNACK - Radish and cucumber with chia seeds
DESSERT - Raspberry fruit dip

MONDAY 26.9.

BREAKFAST - Chicken liver pate with paleo toast
LUNCH - Roast beef with rosemary sauce & vegetable pancakes
DINNER - Grilled fish with tomato lime salsa and fresh salad
SNACK - Paleo coleslaw
DESSERT - Nut and date cake

TUESDAY 27.9.

BREAKFAST - Muffins with homemade paleo yogurt
LUNCH - Taco-stuffed sweet potato
DINNER - Chicken meatballs with pineapple sauce, pesto and sesame pasta
SNACK - Apple salad with pecans
DESSERT - Chocolate brownie with coconut cream and pistachio
