SATURDAY 20.8.

1. Cucumber with strawberries, steam broccoli and chia seeds
2. Orange and honey salmon with quinoa, beetroot and a brussels sprouts salad
3. Dill sauce with slowly cooked beef and eggs. Baked sweet potatoes with thyme and rosemary
4. Blueberry, date and fresh vanilla sorbet
 

SUNDAY 21.8.

1. Thyme and black pepper chicken liver pate with sesame bread
2. Paleo pasta with curried chicken balls and fresh spinach
3. Veal in rich tomato sauce, with curry and sweet red pepper cauliflower rice
4. Fruit salad with berries and nuts

MONDAY 22.8.

1. Fish soup
2. Duck with grapefruit and watermelon with a cashew salad and thai dressing
3. Baked sweet potato with Madagascar onions and bbg chicken strips
4. Carrot cake with local honey crust

TUESDAY 23.8.

1. Citrus salad with walnuts
2. Beef burger, guacamole and Portobello mushrooms
3. Poach chicken, ruccola and radish salad with a balsamic dressing
4. Paleo tiramisu 

WEDNESDAY 24.8.

1. Apple and grape salad
2. Fish fingers with potato and pumpkin chips
3. Paleo lasagna with minced lamb, fresh tomato and basil sauce
4. Banana cake
 

THURSDAY 25.8.

1. Cauliflower chowder
2. Paleo chicken schnitzel with sweet potato puree
3. Cranberry meat balls with mix of vegetables
4. Raspberry muffins
