DINNER - Chicken strips with baked vegetables
SNACK - Creamy carrot soup
DESSERT - Apple crumble

SUNDAY 21.10.

BREAKFAST - Tomato, spring onions, shredded beef with scrambled eggs
LUNCH - Stuffed pepper with minced lamb & vegetable puree
DINNER - Grilled salmon, lemon & zucchini sauce with vegetables
SNACK - Salad with olives & mustard honey dressing
DESSERT - Paleo carrot cake

MONDAY 22.10.

BREAKFAST - Chia seeds yogurt with fruits & cake
LUNCH - Beef stroganoff with pickles, portobello & sweet potato chips
DINNER - Chicken risotto with quinoa, vegetables, beetroot & hummus
SNACK - Mix of nuts
DESSERT - Chocolate cream
