SUNDAY 17.7.

3. Beef round steak with red grape sauce ,baked sweet potatoes

MONDAY 18.7.

1. Carrot, apple and banana salad with nuts

3. Linseed paleo pasta with lemon garlic chicken

TUESDAY 19.7.

1. Chicken liver pate with flaxseed paleo bread

3. Salmon with fresh herbs and lemongrass, steamed vegetables

WEDNESDAY 20.7.
