MONDAY 16.1.

BREAKFAST - Sweet potato waffles, bacon, eggs and maple syrup
LUNCH - Stuffed meat loaf with vegetable pancakes
DINNER - Baked paleo pasta with chicken & bacon
SNACK - Dates with chocolate & coconut cream
DESSERT - Paleo tiramisu

TUESDAY 17.1.

DINNER - Hamour with baked BBQ sweet potatoes
