DINNER - Beef goulash with sweet potatoes, pepper & flaxseed bread
SNACK - Melon Carpaccio
DESSERT - Blueberry cheesecake

SUNDAY 11.9.

BREAKFAST - Turkey sandwich and cucumber chips with chia seeds
LUNCH - Sicilian veal pot roast & sweet potatoes pate 
DINNER - Chicken meat balls with wild mushroom sauce & red quinoa
SNACK - Vegetable chips
DESSERT - Baked apple slices

MONDAY 12.9.

BREAKFAST - Chicken liver pate, ciabatta with sun-dried tomatoes
LUNCH - Paleo fish and chips with homemade ketchup
DINNER - Avocado salad with sesame chicken & raspberry dressing
SNACK - Fruit salad
DESSERT - Tiramisu  

TUESDAY 13.9.

BREAKFAST - Sweet cherry muffins 
LUNCH - Balsamic tenderloin, kale and paleo bread
DINNER - Paleo chicken parmigiana & mix vegetables

LUNCH - Bbq turkey with cranberries, steam vegetables and naan bread
