LUNCH - Beef round eye steak with carrot and parsley sauce, cauliflower rice and asparagus
DINNER - Chicken with pistachio crust, fresh salad & avocado salsa
SNACK - Greek salad
DESSERT - Carrot cake with spices, raisins, walnuts and shredded coconut

SUNDAY 2.10.

BREAKFAST - Scrambled eggs with tapioca pancakes and vegetables
LUNCH - Lamb tikka & 5 seeds paleo bread
DINNER - Coconut almond chicken patties with black quinoa
SNACK - Broccoli and tomatoes
DESSERT - Paleo tiramisu

MONDAY 3.10.

BREAKFAST - Roast beef sandwich
LUNCH - Slow cooked Asian glazed pulled duck with cabbage
DINNER - Peanut chicken nodles with zucchini and carrots
SNACK - Sweet melon, pineapple and pomegranates
DESSERT - Raw raspberry chia paleo cheesecake

TUESDAY 4.10.

BREAKFAST - Paleo waffles
LUNCH - Seared cod with fresh herb sauce, zucchini and carrot noodles
DINNER - Slow cooked turkey & chili with ratatouille
SNACK - Fruits with nuts
DESSERT - Raspberry cake

WEDNESDAY 5.10.

BREAKFAST - Cinnamon-walnut muffins with dark chocolate and dates
LUNCH - Rolled meatloaf, stuffed with sweet potatoes, mushrooms and brussel spouts
DINNER - Coconut green curry salmon & steamed vegetables
SNACK - Apple carrot salad
DESSERT - Poached pear in grape juice with dates and pistachios
