DINNER - Chicken with quinoa & cauliflower
SNACK - Vegetable soup
DESSERT - Cake with raisins

SUNDAY 16.12.

BREAKFAST - Coconut pancakes with fruits, berry dip & maple syrup
LUNCH - Minced beef with vegetables & pasta
DINNER - Salmon with herbs, lemon dip & vegetables
SNACK - Radish, cucumber & chia seeds salad
DESSERT - Paleo sweet potato & peach pie

MONDAY 17.12.

BREAKFAST - Sandwich with shredded beef, cashew cheese & lettuce
LUNCH - Lamb cake, rice & a tomato dip
DINNER - Rucola salad with a pomegranate dressing & sesame crust chicken
SNACK - Fruit salad  
DESSERT - Blueberry muffin with pecans

TUESDAY 18.12.

BREAKFAST - English style breakfast
LUNCH - Zucchini & mushroom sauce with beef cubes & red quinoa
DINNER - Chicken pancakes, crispy bacon, onions, bbq dressing & potato chips
SNACK - Carrot & apple salad with roasted cashew
DESSERT - Banana & nuts chocolate mousse

WEDNESDAY 19.12.

BREAKFAST - Nuts, dates & fruit granola
LUNCH - Lamb with black pepper sauce & pasta
DINNER - Grilled salmon with pineapple salsa & steamed vegetables
SNACK - Pumpkin soup with coriander
DESSERT - Key lime pie with coconut crust

THURSDAY 20.12.

BREAKFAST - Sunny side eggs with kale bread & cucumber salad
LUNCH - Mexican style beef with lime & carrot skillet
DINNER - Chicken balls with tomato/honey sauce & quinoa
SNACK - Apple & nuts paleo bars
DESSERT - Poached pear in red grape juice with dates & pistachios
