LUNCH - Beef in dill sauce with baked vegetables
DINNER - Chicken with mushroom sauce & gluten-free pasta
SNACK - Vegetable salad, cucumber & olives
DESSERT - Cocoa cookies with chocolate

SUNDAY 11.11.

BREAKFAST - Coconut pancakes with fruits, berry dip & maple syrup
LUNCH - Minced beef with rice
DINNER - Three kinds of fish with herbs, lemon dip & vegetables
SNACK - Radish, cucumber & chia seeds salad
DESSERT - Paleo sweet potato & peach pie

MONDAY 12.11.

BREAKFAST - Sandwich with shredded beef, cashew cheese & lettuce
LUNCH - Lamb cake & rice with tomato dip
DINNER - Rucola salad with pomegranate dressing & sesame crust chicken
SNACK - Fruit salad
DESSERT - Blueberry muffin with pecans

TUESDAY 13.11.

BREAKFAST - English style breakfast
LUNCH - Zucchini & mushroom sauce with beef cubes & red quinoa
DINNER - Chicken pancakes, crispy bacon, onions, bbq dressing & potato chips
SNACK - Carrot & apple salad with roasted cashew
DESSERT - Banana & nuts chocolate mousse
